We are a small, independent fitness studio located in the heart of Cambridge, Massachusetts near Harvard Square.
We offer classes, workshops and programs focused on Eastern methods of fitness, such as a wide variety of yoga styles, pilates, chi kung and other mind-body practices. Our highly-qualified teachers are also available for private instruction to individuals or groups either at our studio or at the location of your choice.
Our facility includes:
> two beautiful yoga studios;
> full-service locker rooms with 7 showers;
> a
health-conscious tea room/cafe serving a large selection of organic & fairly-traded teas and coffee, and healthy snacks;

zen-inspired relaxation area in the front lobby;
